Helen Belle was acquired from Hernando County Animal Services in 2015. She was very senior, an age estimate of 17 years old. She was deaf and blind but a miracle. She found her way around the house, always greeted me at the door and knew exacly when it was dinner time.

    She entered the rescue like Helen Keller but left like Princess Belle. Her desire to live and be loved, will always be remembered and in my heart.

    Helen Belle was laid to rest on January 20, 2016. She had heart failure.
